HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR LEATHER GLOVES
Camille Fournet carefully selects the finest leathers in the world - exceptional skins that, to maintain their beauty, require no complex care routine. Nevertheless, after wearing your leather gloves, we recommend that you wipe them gently in the evening with a soft chamois cloth, without water or any product, to quickly and effectively remove any dust or particles that may have accumulated on the leather during the day.
Finally, when you are not wearing your gloves, and in order to prevent premature aging of the leather, we suggest storing them in their original box or in a cotton pouch, away from light, heat, and humidity.
HOW TO CLEAN LEATHER GLOVES
Although many leather cleaning products are available on the market, we strongly advise against attempting to clean your gloves at home. The quality of such products is sometimes uncertain, and they may damage the leather. To avoid any risk of harm, it is best not to apply anything to your leather gloves - no water, no soap, no products of any kind.
If, however, a stain appears on the leather or on the inner lining of your gloves, do not worry - there are solutions to remedy it.
We invite you to contact our customer service or, if possible, entrust your gloves to a Camille Fournet boutique. A specialist will be delighted to welcome you and answer your questions. They may clean your leather gloves directly on site, or decide to send them to our manufacture for expert restoration carried out in accordance with the highest standards of craftsmanship.
Outside of Camille Fournet boutiques, you may of course also consult another professional leather care specialist to have your gloves cleaned.
SO THAT SKILL AND INVENTIVENESS CAN BE EXPRESSED FREELY, WE LEAVE OUR CRAFTSMEN COMPLETELY FREE IN THEIR MOVEMENT; HAPPY EXCELLENCE.
